Durwood and Sue Fallin have been married for 37 years and have two married daughters and three grandchildren. They live in Somerville, Alabama, where they serve the Lord at Shiloh Baptist Church. They work with the Young Married Adults, Women’s Ministry and the Deacon Ministry. Durwood is a Manufacturing Engineer and she a Marketing/Sales Agent for a medical laboratory. She also has a speaking ministry called “Gathering Manna Ministries”.


Sue was an active member of Whitesburg Baptist Church in Huntsville, AL for 12 years and then currently at Shiloh Baptist Church near their home in Somerville, AL for past 8 years. Sue is a Sunday school teacher and teaching women’s groups and Board for Ladies Ministry. Sue and her husband, Durwood, are on the Board of Directors for Joyful Christian Ministries, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sue has completed six years of Bible Study Fellowship and four years of Community Bible Study.


August 11, 1995, God miraculously healed Sue after twelve years of chronic, then critical illness from four autoimmune diseases: Lupus, Sjogren’s syndrome, Addison’s and Myasthenia gravis.


Sue Fallin is the author of Gathering Manna: Finding God’s Grace in Life’s Wilderness.  For the past 12 years, she has been traveling around the country speaking at Women’s conferences, retreats, church services, banquets, civic organizations, Medical Schools, etc.  She has spoken in two foreign countries. She has appeared on 700 Club and also, Dr. Rhonda Kelley’s show, “Woman to Woman”. Sue started Gathering Manna Ministries, which is dedicated to offering hope and encouragement to women dealing with difficult circumstances in their life.


Sue will be one of the special guest speakers at this year’s Jubilee.
