Homegoing of Billy Carl Rice

In July our dear brother-in-law and best friend Billy Carl Rice (Joanna’s husband) had sudden open heart surgery.  There were two weeks of roller-coaster emotions, when Bill would seem fine and then have a major setback.  On July 15 he went to Heaven, surrounded by all of his family; we “sang” him to Heaven.  We miss him terribly, but are confident that “our times are in His hands.”   He was a wonderful pastor, encourager, soul-winner, and best friend.  He was on JCMI advisory board and meant so much to all of us.  Please pray especially for my sister Joanna who is on the JCMI office staff.  We all miss Bill.
